Appointment of Robert Dawson as Chief Product Strategy Officer marks a new chapter in Ireckonu’s commitment to the Americas

This step reinforces Ireckonu’s mission to support its customers locally while advancing its growth in key international markets.

Following its recent expansion into APAC with the opening of a regional office in Singapore earlier this year, Ireckonu now continues its global momentum by growing its local presence in the United States. Together, these milestones support the company’s goal to deliver 24/7 global support and accelerate growth across strategic hospitality markets.

Leading this regional initiative is Robert Dawson, recently appointed as Chief Product Strategy Officer (as of January 2025). A seasoned executive in hospitality technology, Robert brings a wealth of experience from previous leadership roles at Sabre, Cendyn, and Choice Hotels. His expertise spans revenue management, digital marketing strategy, and global team leadership – making him a key driver of Ireckonu’s strategic growth across the Americas.

The US-based operations includes dedicated functions across Strategy, Sales, Customer Success and Customer Support, aligning with Ireckonu’s 24/7 global service model supported by teams in Amsterdam, Singapore, and now the US.
