Inspired by the legacy of Hard Rock, REVERB is a casual lifestyle hotel brand where music, entertainment, and local culture blend together to create a unique guest experience from the eye of the music fan for the music fan. Embracing technology is one of the key values of the REVERB brand. However, to become truly innovative, REVERB realised the need to become less dependent on its property management system (PMS) and sought a hospitality middleware solution that allowed it to plug into other systems.
