1. Prize Draw and Organizer

• This Prize Draw is organized by Ireckonu B.V., a company with headquarters located at Olympisch Stadion 42-43, 1076 DE, Amsterdam, The Netherlands (“the Organizer”). 

• The Prize Draw is open for participation from Monday, June 15, to Thursday, June 18, until the end of the day. 

• By entering the Prize Draw, participants agree to these terms and conditions. 

2. Eligibility

• This Prize Draw is open to individuals aged 18 or older. 

• Participants must be legally permitted to travel. 

• Employees of the Organizer and their direct relatives are not eligible to participate in this Prize Draw.  

• Entries from participants who do not meet the eligibility requirements will be excluded from the Prize Draw. 

• Late entries and entries with incomplete, incorrect, or false information will be excluded from the Prize Draw. 

3. Participation

• Participation in this Prize Draw is free of charge and does not include any requirement to purchase goods or services from Ireckonu. 

• To enter, participants must visit the relevant webpage and submit their contact details via the event form provided on the webpage, or at Ireckonu’s conference booth at HITEC. 

• Only one entry per person is permitted. 

• Participation in this Prize Draw is at the participant’s own risk. 

4. Winner Selection

• There will be one (1) winner, who will receive the prize described below. 

• The winner of the Prize Draw will be drawn by random selection (raffle) on June 24, 2026.  

• The winner will be notified by the Organizer by direct message, using the contact details provided in the entry form. The winner must confirm receipt of the prize notification and claim the prize within 5 working days of notification by respondingto the Organizer’s message. If no confirmation is received, the Organizer may award the prize to another participant.  

• The winner may not assign or transfer the prize to another person. 

5. Prize

• The Prize includes:  

• One return flight to the Netherlands with a total value of up to €1,500 

• A two-night hotel stay in Amsterdam 

• Zandvoort race experience including GT3 Hot Laps and driving session 

• Food & beverage at the Zandvoort race experience event 

• The prize package is not redeemable in cash and cannot be amended upon request. 

• If (any part) of the prize cannot be provided for any reason, the Organizer reserves the right to offer a substitute prize of similar value or experience. 

• Travel must be completed within the validity period communicated to the winner upon confirmation of the prize claim. 

• All claims and legal proceedings relating to the award of the prize are excluded. 

6. Travel & Experience Conditions 

• The winner is fully responsible for arranging the following in connection with claiming the prize: 

• A valid passport; 

• Visa applications and related immigration requirements, as applicable, to be able to travel to The Netherlands; 

• Travel and health insurance; and 

• Any additional expenses made during the Prize events that are not explicitly included in the Prize.  

• The race experience is subject to weather conditions, safety regulations, and the winner’s eligibility to participate in the race experience, including holding a valid driver’s licence and meeting any health requirements. If any of these prevent participation, the Organizer is not required to provide an alternative prize. 

• Participation by the winner in the race event at Zandvoort is at their own risk.  

• The winner is responsible for any applicable taxes arising from claiming the prize under the laws of their country of residence. 

 7. Data Protection (GDPR)

• The Organizer collects and uses participants’ personal data only in accordance with applicable data protection laws. For details on the scope of processing and participants’ data subject rights, please refer to Ireckonu’s privacy policy.  

• By entering the Prize Draw, participants consent to the Organizer collecting and processing of the personal data provided in the entry form for the purpose of administering the Prize Draw, verifying eligibility, determining the winner, and contacting the winner to award the prize. 

• The Participant also consents to be added to the Organizer’s electronic mailing list (first name and email address). If you do not wish to receive marketing emails from the Organizer, you can select the unsubscribe option in the emails that are sent to you. 

• The winner may be asked to consent to reasonable publicity, including photos or videos taken during the prize events, for the Organizer’s promotional purposes (including social media). 

• Personal data provided by participants will not be shared with third parties.  

• Each participant has the right to request information about their personal data stored by the Organizer, as well as the right to correct their personal data.  

• Each participant may withdraw consent or request deletion of their personal data at any time. If this happens before the winner is drawn, the participant’s entry will be withdrawn from the Prize Draw. 

 8. Liability of the Organizer

• To the extent permitted by law, the Organizer shall not not liable for any claims, demands, or damages arising from participation in the Prize Draw or Prize events, including loss or personal injury related to the winner’s travel (such as disruptions, cancellations, or delays) or participation in the Zandvoort race event. 

• Nothing in these terms and conditions shall exclude or limit the Organizer’s liability when this is caused by the Organizer or the Organizer’s employees’ willful intent, negligence, or fraud.  

 9. General

• If the Organizer is unable to run the Prize Draw as planned for any reason, it reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Prize Draw at its discretion. 

• These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
